Never send your password, verification codes or payment details.
Account and privacy help
For account access, deletion or data questions, contact the same address with the subject “Account and privacy”. Send the request from the email used for your Darebna account where possible. We may need to verify ownership before acting.
You can withdraw traffic contributions in the app’s Settings. The current road-speed pilot is limited to central Baghdad and requires explicit acceptance.
Map and journey questions
Maps and business information can be incomplete or out of date. Include the place name and approximate area when reporting a map issue. Always follow actual road signs and restrictions.
This support inbox is not an emergency service. Do not contact us for urgent roadside or medical assistance.

اذكر موديل الآيفون وإصدار iOS وإصدار دربنا والخطوات التي سبقت المشكلة. إذا أرسلت صورة للشاشة، اخفِ المعلومات الشخصية وأي موقع دقيق لا ترغب بمشاركته. لا ترسل كلمة مرورك أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات الدفع.
الحساب والخصوصية
لطلب مساعدة بالدخول أو حذف الحساب أو الاستفسار عن بياناتك، راسل العنوان نفسه واكتب «الحساب والخصوصية» في الموضوع. يُفضّل إرسال الطلب من البريد المرتبط بحسابك. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
يمكن سحب الموافقة على المساهمة ببيانات حركة المرور من إعدادات التطبيق. تجربة سرعات الطرق الحالية محدودة بوسط بغداد وتتطلب الموافقة الصريحة.
الخرائط والرحلات
قد تكون بيانات الخرائط والأعمال غير مكتملة أو قديمة. اذكر اسم المكان والمنطقة التقريبية عند الإبلاغ عن خطأ. اتّبع دائماً إشارات الطريق والقيود الفعلية.
بريد الدعم ليس خدمة طوارئ، ولا يُستخدم لطلب مساعدة طبية أو مساعدة عاجلة على الطريق.
